join us at sabine for a spirited happy hour to mix and mingle with the community over expertly crafted coffee cocktails and tastings from santa teresa rum, teeling irish whiskey, angel’s envy bourbon, and ilegal mezcal. meet your neighbors as you sip a welcome espresso martini, snack on light bites, and explore tasting stations where you can learn from brand experts and connect with friends old and new. our coffee expert, isaac, will be on-site pouring something special and sharing insights into our coffee program, while a one-night-only menu of coffee cocktails will be available to keep the evening flowing.

Join us on Saturday, March 8th at 8:00pm in the Poquitos Seattle Atrium for an Ilegal mezcal bar takeover. Enjoy a special menu of mezcal cocktails, Latin DJs, and a high-energy night with the community. Swag is limited to early arrivals. No tickets needed—just show up and enjoy the party. RSVPs are highly encouraged to help our team prepare for the evening. This is a 21+ event.
